We had dinner at The Black Marlin to celebrate my birthday. We started with escargot and fried calamari. Hands down the best calamari in the area! So tender with a light batter cooked to perfection. Entrees included one of the specials (horseradish crusted swordfish, a chicken entree, grouper, and a pasta dish. All were served hot and nicely presented. Sure to become a new favorite we can't wait to return!

Absolutely wonderful food. The escargot was totally different than I was used to but magnificent. My fish was light and perfect! The asparagus was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My husband's pasta dish was like crack, it was so dangerously good. I can't believe I have lived in Stuart for so long and haven't been here before! Will definitely come back!

It is absolutely one of the best meals I have had this year. Asiago crusted snapper was fantastic! Attentive wait staff, and a menu that I had a tough time choosing from all the great selections. Nice atmosphere, and downtown Stuart is very quaint. 5 stars!

The best food I've had in ages! Our dishes aren't listed below. We had the Calamari, Shrimp/Lump Pasta Alfredo and the Grilled Salmon with Lump Crab, orzo, and asparagus. I'll go again and again. Will take my visitors there.

This quaint little restaurant & bar located in historical downtown Stuart offers comfortable booths, tall table top seating and a sit down bar. The customer service was above expectations. Our server, John, was friendly, courteous and on point. A great variety of cocktails, wines and beers are available. The food was excellent, high prices but worth it. We started with bruschetta which was beyond expectations. I enjoyed the stuffed shrimp which was superb. The shrimps were juicy and firm and stuffed with crab. The dish included rice du jour. For dessert we enjoyed a nice slice a key lime pie which had a nice crunchy graham cracker crust, and tangy meringue. A great place for a special date night or occasion.

Food and service were amazing. Conch Cakes a must try. They were delicious. Loved the atmosphere. You could tell it's a favorite with locals. Busy, even early on a Wednesday. We got right in but if you have a large party I would call and make a reservation. Bar was full and stayed that way while we were there. Everyone around us was enjoying themselves. Our server was busy but she took care of everyone and paid attention to all her customers. We'll definitely be back.

This was a random date night and it ended up being such an amazing experience. Our server was great, very attentive, answered all our questions. I wish I got her name, she was a blonde working 8/16 :) And the food. Was. Amazing. Genuinely some of the best pasta I have had in a while! The atmosphere is also very chill and perfect for a cozy date night. We will absolutely be coming back for more dates in the future

Food and service were excellent. Hot bread was worthy of Arthur Ave., NY. Appetizer of Fried calamari was hot and tasty, and the baked stuffed shrimp delicious. Very fair pricing. It has the look of an old bar, with some sports on video in the bar room, there is a seperate adjoining dinning room. Will return.
